The restraining order Chris Noth's ex-girlfriend Beverly Johnson once filed against him has resurfaced as the actor's alleged history of sexual assault continues to make headlines.

The model, now 69, dated Noth, now 67, from 1990 to 1995. She filed a temporary restraining order against him at the Los Angeles Superior Court in August 1995 requesting that Noth stay 500 yards away from her, her daughter Anansa Sims and their dog, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

In the documents, Johnson alleged that Noth punched her in the chest and ribs, injuring her ribs and causing breathing difficulties. She also claimed that she needed medical attention after the actor punched and bruised her face and body.

Johnson went on to allege that Noth "made repeated threats" on her life on July 27, 1995. She claimed that the "Sex and the City" alum made "up to 25 calls" in one day, threatening to "kill" her and destroy her face. He also allegedly threatened to "kill" her dog, the docs said.

She also asked the judge to order Noth to "make no calls to others with threats against me. Restraining from slandering my character [and] good name."

The temporary restraining order was approved by the judge. The order was made permanent in October 1995 with a mutual restraining order.

On Tuesday, Noth's lawyer confirmed to Us Weekly that the exes agreed to mutual restraining orders. A rep for Johnson told the outlet that the arrangement lasted until 2017.

A rep for Noth alleged that Johnson hit the actor in the face during the premiere of "Carlito's Way" at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York in 1993.

The pair agreed to stay at least 500 yards away from each other and any family members and to not "contact, molest, attack, strike, threaten, sexually assault, batter, telephone or disturb the peace of the other." The judge also ordered the exes not to make any derogatory statements about each other.

Johnson's past claims recirculated after three women came forward with allegations of sexual assault against the "And Just Like That" star.

Two women shared their alleged experiences with the "Law & Order" alum, who has been married to Tara Wilson since 2012, with The Hollywood Reporter. One woman, who used the pseudonym Zoe, alleged that Noth raped her at his New York City apartment in 2004. The second woman, going by the pseudonym Lily, alleged he attacked her in his home in 2015.

Noth denied the allegations from both women, insisting that "the encounters were consensual."

A third woman, identified only as Ava, alleged that he groped her when she was working as a hostess at the Da Marino restaurant in Manhattan in 2010 when she was 18 and he was 55, The Daily Beast reported.

Noth also denied the third woman's allegations, saying in a statement to Page Six: "The alleged accounts detailed throughout read like a piece of bad fiction. Chris has no knowledge of who this individual is and, as stated yesterday, has and would never cross that line."

Noth has since been axed from CBS' "The Equalizer," and Peloton took down the ad Noth starred in following the premiere of "And Just Like That."
