Emily Osment and Ryan Rottman give love a second chance in the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries premiere of “Christmas Wonderland” on Saturday.

While neither star has done a Hallmark movie in the past, meaning they’re both making their debuts tonight, viewers will still likely recognize them from one (or all) of their other projects.

Osment recently wrapped up her five-season sitcom, “Young & Hungry,” on Freeform, and can currently be seen in Netflix’s new show, “The Kominsky Method.” She also starred opposite Miley Cyrus in Disney Channel’s “Hannah Montana” from 2006 to 2011.

As for Rottman, he was in the 2018 flick, “Billionaire Boys Club,” with Taron Egerton and Emma Roberts. Before that, he starred in quite a few TV shows, including “Happyland,” “The Lying Game,” “90210” and “Gigantic.”

Now, the two are ready to make viewers fall in love with them some more as they fall in love onscreen in this new Hallmark Miracles of Christmas movie.

“Heidi Nelson (Osment), moved to New York from Pleasant Valley to become an artist, and put that dream on hold when she got a job in a gallery,” the synopsis reveals. “Now, a week before the gallery’s big Christmas party, she must return home to watch her niece and nephew. There, she comes face to face with her high school love, Chris Shepherd (Rottman), now a teacher, who must find a new last-minute location for the Christmas dance.”

The synopsis continues: “Heidi offers to help him and, with Christmas fast approaching, becomes torn between the life she built in the city and the life she has rediscovered back in Pleasant Valley.”

Sean Olson directed the holiday movie from a script written by Anna White.

“Christmas Wonderland” debuts on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on Saturday at 9 p.m. EST.
