The fourth series of the second round of the NBA Playoffs finally gets underway on Tuesday.

The Spurs take on the Clippers in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals. The two teams will face off at the AT&T Center in San Antonio.

You can watch the game on TNT at 9:30 p.m. ET. If you can't get to a television, you can watch a live stream online here.

San Antonio is a pretty big favorite heading into the series.

At the online sportsbook Bovada, the Spurs have the second best odds of winning the title at 11/4. The Clippers have the worst odds of winning the championship out of any of the remaining teams. Bovada sets their odds at 40/1.

The Spurs are looking to justify their impressive regular season. San Antonio finished the year with 50 wins, tying them for the best record in the NBA. San Antonio was also the number one seed last year, but they lost in the first round of the postseason to the Grizzlies.

The Clippers are looking to have the best finish to any season in the history of the franchise. Los Angeles has never made it past the second round of the NBA Playoffs. It's only their second appearance in the postseason in the past 15 seasons.

San Antonio is the hottest team left in the playoffs. They've won 14 straight games, including the regular season. The Spurs beat the Clippers in two out of their three meetings this year.

The top seeded Spurs shouldn't have many problems scoring this series. They were second in the league at 103.7 points per game. In all three meetings between the two clubs this year, the Spurs surpassed the century mark.

L.A. is a heavy underdog on the road in Game 1. The Spurs are favored by 11 points at most Las Vegas sportsbooks.
