Blackpink has recently joined other music artists in selling face masks for the growing COVID-19 relief efforts.

To prevent the spread of the infectious COVID-19, the mandatory wearing of face masks has recently been a worldwide staple. But amid the surge of surgical masks, bandanas and scarves, more stylish and non-medical masks have now been made available by some singers and artists.

The K-pop girl group Blackpink recently joined the bandwagon and contributed their own line of face masks alongside artists Billie Eilish and Ariana Grande, to name a few. Bravado, the Universal Music Group’s largest music merchandising company, has released a collection of these artist-inspired masks as part of their We Got You Covered initiative, which helps support financially impacted industry workers and musicians amid the pandemic.

Costing $15 per piece, the masks have been manufactured as washable and reusable. The masks have been designed with the corporations’ high-profile music icons such as The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga, 5 Seconds of Summer, The Weeknd, Eilish, Grande and now Blackpink.

The South Korean girl group's line of reusable face masks are black and made of cotton. The masks are also designed with the Blackpink's signature logo printed in bold pink lettering. The group’s avid fans can now purchase them online via Bravado’s main website.

Bravado operates under the tutelage of Universal Music Group and is the only merchandising company that curates top-quality licensed merchandise to its worldwide audience. Aimed at developing innovative products inspired by their stellar group of prominent musicians and artists, the company also works closely with potential and established entertainment clients.

The retail company’s extensive merchandising platform is anchored only on the crossroads of music and fashion that sparks an emotional connection between the fans and artists. Its massive array of products is indeed world-class, making the company a forefront provider of lifestyle and brand management services to worldwide consumers. Bravado’s products are often sold on live tours through its selected retail outlets as well as in online network-based stores.

Through their current coronavirus initiative, Bravado’s face mask sales are all set for donation to charitable bodies aimed at supporting musicians during the pandemic. Proceeds are also slated to fund other foundations such as Help Musicians U.K. and MusiCare’s COVID-19 Relief Fund. The music company’s initiative aims to combat the severe impact caused by the pandemic to the growing music community and live entertainment workers that are currently out of jobs, Rolling Stone reported.
