Fox Could Lose ‘DareDevil’ Rights to Marvel Studios

The rights to the “DareDevil” film franchise could make their way home to Marvel due to 20th Century Fox’s inactivity with the series. According to the deal Fox has with Marvel, a new film has to be in production by October or the rights to the franchise will return to Marvel Studios.
