Drake clarified that there was no epic feud brewing between him and Eminem. However, Kanye West — who has had his share of public spats with several celebrities — thinks that Drake would “obliterate” Eminem if there was a rap battle between the two artists, Hollywood Life reported Friday.

“He [West] would be all for Drake in a rap battle with Eminem,” a source told Hollywood Life. “Eminem had been sitting idle for years, like duck just floating on water, and Drake’s that huge crocodile that could just come out of nowhere and swallow his entire life.”

“Drake obliterating Eminem would be a little warm up before he and Kanye get in the studio together and Collab on an album that’s pure fire!” the source told the website.

The rumors about a supposed beef between Drake and Eminem surfaced after DJ Ebro told New York City radio station Hot 97 that the “Not Afraid” rapper may be coming for Drake because of the “Hotline Bling” singer’s recent spat with rapper Joe Budden that began a few months ago when Drizzy clapped after Budden, during a podcast appearance, criticized his album “Views.”

After rumors about Drake and Eminem’s epic beef began making rounds, Ebro took to Twitter to say that his comments on the two was a “joke” that “people ran with.” He also said he was only talking in “jest” when he spoke about any possible feud.

On Thursday night, Drake dissed Hot 97 during his show at Madison Square Garden.

"F--- Hot 97,” Drake said, before slamming the radio station’s musician and producer DJ Funkmaster Flex, “I told Hot 97 fire Funk Flex, then I’ll do your show.”

To this, Ebro responded: “We’ve attempted since last night and this morning to find audio of Drake actually saying ‘F Hot 97.’ Haven't found that, and people that were there said it didn't happen like that.”
