'Dying Light 2' Easter Eggs: How To Get The Finger Gun

There are a few cheeky easter eggs in “Dying Light 2,” and most of them are designed so players can have some silly fun in an otherwise drab, dreary and depressing post-apocalyptic world.

The Left Finger of gloVA is one such easter egg, and it turns Aiden’s left finger into a literal hand cannon. Every use of the finger gun will send whatever’s in front of the player flying backward, dealing a little bit of damage on impact and potentially killing them if they fall from up high.

Like most other easter eggs, the finger gun is ridiculously fun to use. Here’s how to get it.

Go to the VNC Tower Rooftop

The VNC Tower can be climbed manually by using a maxed-out Paraglider, but the easiest way to get there is by finishing the Broadcast quest and using the elevator on the ground floor lobby.

Players also need to finish Broadcast in order to get the Grappling Hook for this route.

After reaching the roof, stand on top of the nearby GRE trailer and look for a building with a tall antenna. Glide toward it and land on the roof.

Connect Power Cables

Upon landing on the right rooftop, open the nearby military airdrop for some useful loot, then grab the power cable from the nearby station. Go to the ledge with the plank, drop down, then grapple onto the nearby lamp post. Jump through the window and connect the cable.

Go to the other side of the room, grab the next cable, then repeat the process for the room down below.

For the third cable, head outside and turn left to reach the ledge. Look for the shattered glass windows and use them as grapple points to reach the lower floor.

Connect the last cable, then interact with the security panel to open the secret developer room. Have a throwing knife ready to deal with an incoming Bomber.

Unlocking the Blueprint

To get the finger gun blueprint, find the bedroom with the teddy bears and sit on the bed. Wait for a while so more bears can spawn, and the blueprint will spawn on the Techland poster straight ahead.

The Left Finger of gloVA has limited uses, but it can be crafted as long as players still have Scrap to spare.
