Rumors have been circulating that singer LeAnn Rimes may be on the opposite end of the cheating spectra. Reports are surfacing that while Rimes is taking some time in rehab to deal with anxiety and stress issues, her husband Eddie Cibrian has turned to another woman -- his ex-wife, Brandi Glanville.

The romance between Rimes and Cibrian was initially rocky, with the pair tangled in an affair in 2009 while both were still married to other people. Meeting on the set of their Lifetime movie, "Northern Lights," Rimes had been married to Dean Sheremet, a former backup dancer, and Cibrian to model Brandi Glanville, with whom he has two children.

Eventually going public with their affair, divorcing their spouses and marrying last April, Cibrian and Rimes appeared to be in marital bliss until late August when Rimes revealed she was entering herself into rehab.

Now, while away seeking help, Rimes' husband is reportedly seeking another woman.

Brandi Glanville took to Twitter on Sunday evening to fight the rumors that she is turning the tables on Rimes by having an affair with her ex-husband.

"I'm NOT cheating with [my] ex husband I would NEVER do that #EWWWWWW."

While Glanville and Rimes are far from being best friends, the model previously revealed her support to RadarOnline.com for her ex-husband's new wife when Rimes announced she was entering rehab.

"I totally support LeAnn's decision to enter rehab," Glanville said in a statement. My top priority is my children and at the end of the day we are a family. LeAnn is their stepmom, and they love her. I am wishing her all the best and I hope she will find what she is looking for while in rehab."

Although Rimes' rep revealed she was in a 30-day-in-patient program for stress and anxiety, other reports circulating explained it may have more to do with Eddie Cibrian.

A source revealed to Us Weekly that the singer was "stressed about always being called a home-wrecker and also worried about Eddie cheating on her. She's been on a downward spiral."

LeAnn Rimes' fear echoes harsh words that Glanville said before the pair called a truce. Glanville previously told the Huffington Post that Cibrian will be with Rimes "until he cheats again. They won't be together forever. I'm totally over Eddie."

Rimes does seem to be moving forward from her stress and anxiety issues, taking a few days from treatment to perform some pre-scheduled concerts. According to the Daily Mail, Rimes told fans over the weekend that she's "totally cool and so happy; I think I'm about to cry." LeAnn Rimes will return to the rehab facility on Monday to continue treatment.
