Jessie J, the girlfriend of Channing Tatum, has made it clear that she is destined to be a mother despite her battles with fertility. In November, she told fans at a concert performance that she may be unable to have children naturally, which is why she penned the song, “Four Letter Word.”

Learning that she might not be able to have children when she was in her 20s, Jessie J shared the news with fans as she performed at the Royal Albert Hall in London, telling them of the pain she felt because of the saddening news, the Daily Mail reported.

After the concert, in an Instagram post, Jessie J, 31, thanked her fans for understanding, saying, “After explaining the meaning of my song 'Four Letter Word' on stage during this tour. The love and support I have received has been overwhelming.

“Thank you. I was told 4 years ago I won't be able to have children. I was also told I would need a hysterectomy immediately and to be put on medication. I refused the hysterectomy I'm off all medication through natural medicine and diet change.

“I am doing all I can to make it happen the best way my body will allow … I will be a mother … I believe in miracles. But if it doesn't happen naturally. Then that wasn't meant to be the journey. But a mother is within all of us. That inspires everyday. We are strong. Time will tell.”

Channing also showed his support of Jessie J in an Instagram post, where he said, “This woman just poured her heart out on stage at the Royal Albert Hall. Whoever was there got to witness something special. Wow.”

But Jessie J hasn’t given up hope about being a mother as she told The Mirror, “I still believe in miracles. And as women know, it sometimes doesn’t just happen, it’s a process. The reason I spoke about it before wasn’t for sympathy and it still isn’t, it’s to just be open about it.”

When it comes to who she may choose as the father for her baby, Tatum still is a topic that Jessie J wants to keep mum on. She told, “Good Morning Britain,” on Friday that she has “no comment” on her relationship with Tatum and that she is just “content” with her life right now.

The couple has been dating since 2018. Tatum has a six-year-old daughter with his ex-wife Jenna Dewan.
