After Lulu overheard Sasha and Liesl arguing over whether Nina should know the truth, she wanted to tell the bride about the secret her groom his keeping. For the week of Oct. 7 “General Hospital” Lulu will reconsider her options.

Last week on “General Hospital,” Lulu (Emme Rylan) told Dustin (Mark Lawson) about the conversation she overheard. At the floating rib, she heard Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Liesl (Kathleen Gati) reveal that Sasha isn’t Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) real daughter.

She believes Nina deserves to know the truth but feels conflicted about ruining her wedding day. “GH” spoilers reveal Lulu’s declaration is confirmed. It appears Lulu will learn more about the secret Sasha has been hiding from Nina.

She may also get confirmation that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is the mastermind behind the devious secret. Despite the facts, will Lulu have it in her to tell Nina the truth, or will she try to pressure Sasha into confessing to Nina?

Elsewhere in Port Charles, “General Hospital” spoilers for next week reveal Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) gets to work in helping Sam (Kelly Monaco). It appears Jason (Steve Burton) will call on Spinelli to help Sam escape avoid a murder conviction.

Last week on “GH,” Sam was arrested after a nurse recorded her saying she wanted to make sure Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) never hurt anyone again. The recording made the police suspect Sam didn’t kill the Dawn of Day leader in self-defense.

Sam knows she shot Shiloh to save Jason’s life, but will Spinelli be able to prove her innocence?
