After learning more about Nina and Sonny’s time in Nixon Falls, Carly was furious. On the Wednesday episode of “General Hospital,” Carly’s anger may drive her to make a heartbreaking decision.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Sonny (Maurice Benard) asks Carly (Laura Wright) if she wants to call it quits. "GH" spoilers reveal Carly surprises Olivia (Lisa LoCicero).

Earlier this week, Carly demanded Nina (Cynthia Watros) tell her about her relationship with Sonny in Nixon Falls. However, Nina reminded Carly that Sonny chose to be with his family, but if Carly continues to push him away, Nina would be there to love him.

Nina also admitted that she and Sonny were almost intimate, but Nina chose not to take things further. Nina went on to insist that it was a lie to believe nothing could happen between her and Sonny again.

In the upcoming episode, Olivia will be shocked after having a conversation with Carly. Will Nina’s confession cause Carly to end her marriage with Sonny?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Nina tells someone she is happy to hear them say that. “General Hospital” spoilers tease Nina summons Valentin (James Patrick Stuart).

In the previous episode, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) visited Nina to encourage her to give up her legal rights to Wiley (Viron Weaver) in an effort to ease tensions with Michael (Chad Duell).

However, Nina refused to relinquish her visitation rights to Wiley since Willow couldn’t promise that Michael wouldn’t use it against her.

Valentin is well versed in custody battles and still holds a special place in Nina’s heart. Will she call her ex seeking legal advice or is she going to discuss her feelings about Sonny?

Other “GH” spoilers tease Austin (Roger Howarth) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) unexpectedly cross paths, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) look to the future, and Ned (Wally Kurthy) tries to help with a legal matter.

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
