After realizing Nelle wouldn’t sign the papers to approve Wiley’s surgery, Carly decided to take matters into her own hands. On the Monday, March 30 episode of “General Hospital,” Carly will make a spontaneous decision that may cause Michael to lose custody of Wiley.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) asks what changed Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) mind. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Nelle confronts Carly (Laura Wright).

Last week, Nelle and Michael (Chad Duell) learned that Wiley (Erik and Theo Olson) had a hole in his heart. Although Monica (Leslie Charleson) suggested an elective procedure that would prolong the toddler’s life.

However, Nelle wasn’t thrilled about the idea of having her son cut open and refused to sign the consent form. After Carly learned about Nelle’s decision, she tracked the young mother down and encouraged her to sign the paperwork.

Carly told Nelle that if Wiley died because she refused the surgery, she would no longer have leverage over Michael. Nelle briefly agreed to the surgery but quickly changed her mind and told Carly she couldn’t tell her what to do.

Carly then locked Nelle on the roof and refused to unlock the door. It appears Carly will forge Nelle’s signature so the doctors can proceed with the surgery. However, seeing as Nelle will confront Carly, will her plan cost Michael his bid for full custody of Wiley?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Sam (Kelly Monaco) tells Molly (Haley Pullos) that she was brutally unfair to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). “GH” spoilers reveal Molly tells Sam she is angry.

Last week, Sam slammed Alexis for not fighting for her relationship with Neil (Joe Flanigan) after Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) was almost arrested. Spinelli followed Sam’s parole officer to try to get leverage that would allow Sam to reunite with Jason without her facing consequences.

Viewers are aware that the argument drove Alexis to break her sobriety. Will Molly be upset over Sam’s behavior, or will her anger be related to TJ’s (Tahj Bellow) disappearance?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
