Faison is finally at his most vulnerable state: helpless on a gurney with a gunshot wound. But on the Tuesday, Jan. 30 episode of “General Hospital,” even at his weakest moment, Jason may not be able to get answers about why the deranged criminal switched him with Drew.

Jason (Steve Burton) has had a difficult time hunting Faison (Anders Hove) down, but after shooting him in the Metro Court, Jason managed to slip into his hospital room. Although Jason hopes to learn the truth about his and Drew’s (Billy Miller) switch, things may not go according to plan.

In a promo for the ABC soap opera, Jason is seen standing over Faison, asking him why he let Drew take over his life. However, it looks like Jason won’t get his answers. Faison appears to be a bit incoherent seeing as he is fresh out of surgery.

“GH” spoilers suggest Jason will be interrupted which means he won’t have a long time to pry information out of Faison. It is unclear whether it will be a medical emergency that ends their conversation or a member of the hospital staff. However, it seems like Jason may not find out the truth.

In the preview, Peter (Wes Ramsey) is seen at Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Drew’s place telling them they need to get in front of the Faison story and manipulate it to their advantage. Aurora Media is still making a name for itself with Sam and Drew as the owners, and Peter’s manipulation may cause the couple to do the unexpected.

Spoilers reveal Drew will appear to know more than he is letting on while Sam will make another promise.

While it may not be ideal to publish a feature on Faison, Sam and Drew want to distance themselves away from crime and violence.

The only way to save the publication from that association may be to put out their own coverage on the matter. However, putting out an accurate story seems to be unrealistic seeing as Peter, who claims he was almost killed by Faison, is the one instigating coverage.

In the previous episode, it was revealed that Peter didn’t knock himself out when he was dodging Faison’s bulle. He was actually shot, but he was wearing a bulletproof vest, burned it and removed the bullet.

Jason previously told Carly (Laura Wright) if Faison was to die, one other person could give him answers. Could Peter and Faison be partners?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
