Andre Maddox can restore Franco’s memories, but on the Thursday, Sept. 5 episode of “General Hospital,” Peter may take away Franco’s chance to get rid of Drew’s past.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Jason (Steve Burton) asks who wants Andre (Anthony Montgomery) dead. “General Hospital” spoilers suggest Jason will try to figure out who tried to kill Andre.

In the previous episode, Jason learned that Andre stumbled into the hospital after being stabbed. Fans may recall that Drew (Billy Miller) left town to bring Andre back to Port Charles. Drew had hope that the doctor could reverse the memory mapping procedure performed on Franco (Roger Howarth).

However, now that Andre is injured, Drew and Franco’s futures may be in danger. Jason is eager to find out who would want the doctor dead, but will he figure it out before it’s too late?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Peter (Wes Ramsey) asks what is he supposed to do. “GH” spoilers suggest Peter will enter Andre’s hospital room.

After Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) was arrested for forcing Franco to undergo the memory mapping procedure, he blackmailed Peter. The Dawn of Day cult leader threatened to reveal Peter’s part in Jason and Drew’s kidnapping if he didn’t help him get out of jail.

Peter eventually agreed to help him, but later learned that Drew was searching for Andre. He then made a call and told someone to make sure the doctor wasn’t found.

Now that Andre is in Port Charles, it appears Peter’s plan is falling apart. Will Peter kill Andre before he can restore Franco’s original memories, or does he have other plans for the injured doctor?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
