Although most of the residents in Port Charles believe Anna is innocent and didn't shoot Lucy, on the Monday, Oct. 31 episode of "General Hospital," it will be up to Scott to secure Anna's freedom.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) tells Scott (Kin Shriner) and Martin (Michael E. Knight) that Valentin's (James Patrick Stuart) absence speaks volumes. "GH" spoilers reveal Scott defends Anna (Finola Hughes).

Viewers are aware that Victor sent his son away so Valentin couldn't interfere with his plans to frame Anna for Lucy's (Lynn Herring) shooting.

Scott will be representing Anna at her arraignment, but before he enters the courtroom, he will run into Victor, who will appear to push the theory further that Anna is guilty of the crime.

It appears Scott will defend Anna, but will his words be enough to convince everyone, including a judge, that she is innocent?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) tells someone they weren't supposed to be there. "GH" spoilers reveal a long-awaited reunion takes place.

In the previous episode, Elizabeth waited for her father to leave his home and then picked the lock.

Elizabeth, who suspects she had something to do with the death of Finn's (Michael Easton) first wife, was searching for answers that could connect her to the incident.

Elizabeth believes those answers lie in the home of the parents she has been estranged from for over two decades.

Unfortunately, Terry (Cassandra James) lost track of Elizabeth's father, who was shocked to see his daughter in their family home.

Will Elizabeth be able to reconcile with her father, or will his unexpected appearance prompt her to make a quick exit?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Finn treats a new patient, Robert (Tristan Rogers) opens up to Holly (Emma Samms), and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) calls out Gregory (Gregory Harrison).

"General Hospital" airs on weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
