Esme believes she has successfully framed Trina, but on the Thursday, June 20, episode of “General Hospital,” Spencer may find a way to save Trina.

In the ABC promo video, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) tells Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) to leave before she throws him out. "GH” spoilers reveal Spencer tells Cameron (William Lipton) that he found a way to help Trina.

Spencer has been determined to prove Trina’s innocence and seeks Brad (Parry Shen) for some assistance.

Unfortunately, Britt will still be upset about the way Spencer previously insulted her and warn him to stay away from her best friend.

Elsewhere in the promo video, Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) is seen flirting with Rory (Michael Blake Kruse), who has a close relationship with Trina (Tabyana Ali), at the Metro Court Pool.

After Britt disrupts Spencer’s plans to see Brad, Spencer will seek out Cameron to update him. Will Spencer walk in on Esme’s flirting session and realize Rory may be the key to exposing the truth and saving Trina?

Meanwhile, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) will have some major news to share with Michael (Chad Duell). In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Willow reveals she has something to tell Michael. “General Hospital” spoilers suggest Willow may have something to lift Michael’s spirits.

After fainting and feeling dizzy over the last few months, Willow learned she was pregnant. However, since Michael has been having a rough day, Willow will contemplate whether it is the right time to tell him about the pregnancy.

Will Willow hold off on sharing her baby news, or will she change Michael’s day by telling him about her pregnancy?

Other “GH” spoilers tease that as Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) stress skyrockets before her TV appearance for Deception, Felty (Brian Norris) arrives, Finn (Michael Easton) and Gregory (Gregory Harrison) counsel Chase (Josh Swickard), and Brook Lynn turns to Sonny (Maurice Benard) for help.

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
