Now we know why “Grey’s Anatomy” decided to named their Season 11 premiere episode after John Elton’s hit single “I Must Have Lost it on the Wind.” The hit ABC series released a seriously awkward sneak peek trailer that teased viewers with what kind of medical emergency fans could expect to occur in episode 1 of the new season (set to air Thursday, Sept. 25). And it just so happens that the “compromising position” the two injured teens found themselves correlates with the episode title perfectly.

In the promo video viewers watch the medical staff of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital attempt to save the lives of two hurt teenagers. And from the odd position of the young adults -- one straddling the other -- it’s safe to assume that the two injured hurt while having intercourse.

“Are you calling my mom?” the boy asks frantically.

“Of course I’m calling your mom,” Callie responds, quickly returning to the phone call to inform the boy’s mother of his current situation.

“Are you going to tell her that we were ---?” he says, confirming our suspicions that these two teens were definitely getting it on. We can't be the only ones who had an ounce of doubt. It was broad day light for heaven's sake!

“My parents are going to kill me. They don’t even know I took the car,” the teen named Monica says, not realizing she’s bleeding profusely from the head.

The firemen then snap the door off the hinges and the medical staff begin to remove Monica from the wreckage and onto a gurney. Now comes the awkward part: Once Monica is removed from the scene her boyfriend is left there exposed -- if you know what we’re saying.

“Can I get a blanket?” he begs. But the flimsy piece of cloth is no match for the wind and blows off of him once he utters that there’s no day his day could get any worse. See how the Season 11 premiere title ties in now?

Along with the racy teen scene fans of the Shonda Rhimes show can also anticipate more Mer-Der Washington drama to continue. As Derek continues to express his desire to move to DC, “Meredith struggles to regain a sense of normalcy both at home and in the hospital,” the synopsis reveals. “Meanwhile, Callie and Arizona come to a decision about surrogacy, Amelia overhears a big secret and Bailey realizes she will have to fight Alex for Cristina’s board seat.”
