Viewers have to wait until next week for a new episode of “Happy!”

While the crime dramedy is on tonight, it isn’t a new episode. Instead of airing Season 1, episode 5, Syfy is giving fans a chance to catch up by re-airing the first four episodes of the series starting at 8 p.m. EST. Season 1, episode 5 is set to air next Wednesday, Jan 10 at 10 p.m.

According to the synopsis for Season 1, episode 5, Nick Sax (Christopher Meloni) and Happy (voiced by Patton Oswalt) go separate ways following a destructive family reunion. As seen in the promo photos for the episode, Nick reunites with his ex-wife Amanda Hansen (Medina Senghore), who he apparently hasn’t seen for a very long time.

Flashback scenes in Season 1, episode 3 suggested that Amanda broke up with Nick after finding out that he doesn’t want to have kids. Amanda didn’t even get the chance to tell Nick that she was pregnant with Hailey (Bryce Lorenzo) at the time, as he didn’t react very well when Amanda asked him what he thinks about “adding another stocking to the mantle.”

“Well, Amanda, that is a wonderful idea. Let’s bring an innocent child into this wonderful, wonderful world filled with wonderful, wonderful people, wonderful sights, wonderful sounds,” Nick said sarcastically, who just happened to investigate a man who murdered his wife and his young baby. “Our little perfect family — you, me, and our bundle of bones, and flesh, and blood. I mean why not have a chance? What’s the worst thing that can happen? Winds up like me?”

While it’s unclear how the reunion between Nick and Amanda will exactly go, the former detective-turned-hitman will likely ask Amanda if Hailey is really his daughter.

Elsewhere in the next episode, Merry McCarthy (Lili Mirojnick) is under investigation by the Internal Affairs. Meanwhile, Hailey and her fellow kidnapped children are introduced to a far more terrifying prison. Promo photos for the episode show that the kids are locked up in what appears to be a classroom, and it seems that Smoothie (Patrick Fischler) is now the one who looks after them.
