An epic fight will be featured in “His Dark Materials” episode 7. A preview video of the next episode of the popular TV series shows Lyra (Dafne Keen) using all the skills at her command to take on a dangerous new enemy, which will lead to brutal battle.

According to the official plot synopsis of the next episode, Lyra will use “all of her methods of deception to thwart a formidable foe.” That new enemy is the king of the bears. A preview video shows her meeting this formidable character.

Lyra is separated from her friends and allies, but she will be reunited with Iorek at some point. The preview video shows her telling the bear to show his enemy that he is nothing.

The preview shows an epic battle between two bears. The fight will be brutal because they will not be wearing their armor, and the title of the episode suggests that the fight will end only when one of them dies. Will Iorek be able to redeem his past with this fight?

The battle in “His Dark Materials” episode 7 is only the start, and many more are yet to come. Colonel John Parry (Andrew Scott) believes that Lyra is dead, but he will be assured that the girl lives, and he will have to prepare to fight once more.

Meanwhile, the Magisterium will be back for revenge in the next episode. According to Screen Rant, Father MacPhail’s (Will Keen) anger at the destruction of their scientific outpost represents the sentiment of the Magisterium.

Father MacPhail wants to kill Lord Asriel (James McAvoy), and Mrs. Coulter (Ruth Wilson) believes he is afraid of the aristocratic explorer. Another preview video shows the Magisterium sending a huge army of people north to continue their work to research Dust.

“His Dark Materials” episode 7 is titled “The Fight to the Death.” It will air on Dec. 16 at 9 p.m. EST on HBO.
