Jason Momoa is not yet ready for his teenage daughter to start dating, but he wished her luck in finding a man who will treat her better than how he treats her mother.

The "Aquaman" star got candid about his family life in an interview with Men's Health. He recalled the time when he cried on his daughter Lola's 13th birthday, saying he knew it would be inevitable for her to start dating and he would freak out when the time comes.

"I’m not going to do well with it," Momoa said.

"I’ll just hate it if she brings home some dips--t bad boy," he continued.

Momoa hopes that his daughter would find someone very devoted to her the way the actor is to her mom, Lisa Bonet.

"I’m like, ‘If you find a man who treats you better than I [treat Bonet], good luck!’”

Momoa met Bonet in 2005 and at the time, she was raising her teenage daughter, Zoë Kravitz, with ex-husband Lenny Kravitz. When Zoë started dating and bringing boyfriends at home, he admitted that her real dad played it more cool than him.

"Lenny is way cooler than I am," Momoa shared. "I was baffled.”

Even if Kravitz was Bonet's ex, Momoa maintains a close relationship with the American singer-songwriter and record producer. The "Conan" star is also very close to Kravitz and Bonet's daughter Zoë, whom he calls "zozo bear" on Instagram. The "Mad Max: Fury Road" actress is also very fond of her stepdad, whom she refers to as "papa bear.”

"I love her husband," Momoa said referring to Kravitz. "I love her dad. I hope and pray my daughter is that talented and loving and open and close to her family."

Kravitz has the same fondness for Momoa. In his previous interview, he acknowledged his close bond with ex-wife Bonet's current husband.

"People can’t believe how tight Jason and I are, or how tight I still am with Zoë’s mom, how we all relate," Kravitz said.

"We just do it because that’s what you do. You let love rule, right? I mean, obviously, after a breakup, it’s work—it takes some work and time, healing and reflection, et cetera. But as far as Jason and I? Literally the moment we met, we were like, ‘Oh, yeah. I love this dude.’"

Meanwhile, in the same interview, Momoa gushed over his wife, Bonet. Even if Momoa looks big and tough, he isn’t like his character Khal Drogo from “Game of Thrones.” He also shared that he is not the king at home because he is terrified of his wife.

"My wife is very sophisticated and smart and [our kids and I are] kind of like animals that need to be trained a little better," he said. "I’m constantly a work in progress, and I’ve just been trying to get better as a father and a husband."
