On Monday, makeup mogul Jeffree Star announced that he was releasing a new Blood Lust eyeshadow palette and collection. This follows his previous products, including Blood Sugar and Blue Blood. Teasing the new product on Twitter, which features a new hexagon shape, he said that the new offering was "jaw dropping."

He then continued to let information about the newest addition to his makeup line leak on Tuesday, when he tweeted that the world was about to meet his "new baby."

This new launch follows the Jeffree Star Cosmetics owner's successful 2019 launch with YouTuber Shane Dawson. At the time, the two famous figures collaborated to produce an extremely popular line of products, including the Conspiracy Palette and Mini Controversy Palette. After the initial release of the line, it completely sold out, which prompted the two to restock later in the year.

Before Monday's announcement from the entrepreneur, some believed that both Star and Dawson had dropped hints about what would be coming in the future due to a specific thing that Dawson had said in an Instagram Live video. Prior to the 2019 launch, the two had also worked on other projects together, including the 2018 documentary series, "The Secret World of Jeffree Star," and "The Beautiful World of Jeffree Star," which ran for seven episodes.

As for what was in the new announcement, which can be seen below, not only will fans see the first Jeffree Star Cosmetics mascara formula, fans will also be able to buy liquid eyeshadows, new lip formulas, and other offerings.

Star also shared that the new hexagon shape comes from the desire to protect the palette during shipping. The Blood Lust palette itself comes in a velvet package and offers 18 shades, including colors such as Your Majesty, Take The Crown, and Royal Pain.

The Jeffree Star Cosmetics owner also shared one particular aspect of the new palette that he felt was most impressive.

"What I'm most excited about about this palette is that there are brand-new formulas that I've never made before." These, he said, will be "wet-looking" when you apply them to your eyelids.

The entire collection will launch on Feb. 21, but Star has already revealed some of the prices ahead of time, including the Blood Lust palette retails for $54, Mini Purple Velour Liquid Lipstick Bundle goes for $52.

The entire Blood Lust collection will be available on Feb. 21. It can be purchased through Jeffree Star Cosmetics' website.
