Jennifer Aniston shared her secret to having youthful skin.

There is no doubt that the “Murder Mystery” star remains one of the hottest and most beautiful actresses in Hollywood even if she’s already in her 50s. According to Aniston, she takes good care of herself to maintain her youthful glow.

In an interview with Shape, Aniston shared how she keeps her skin youthful.

“I have an infrared sauna that I fell in love with,” Aniston said.

“My friend Courteney Cox — you may know her — had a portable infrared sauna that you go into. It kind of looks like a little igloo. It’s such a game-changer in terms of your skin detoxification and cell rejuvenation. So that I do a couple of times a week right after I do the gym. I’ve noticed a real change in my energy and my sleep, and my skin.”

In 2011, Aniston was named the “sexiest woman alive” by Men’s Health, and she was also named “the most beautiful woman alive” by People magazine in 2016. In an interview with InStyle, Brad Pitt’s ex-wife shared some skincare tricks that she practices.

Aniston admitted that she uses microcurrent facials to keep her skin taut and smooth. She considers this a “workout for your face.”

In addition, she is a fan of Thermage, a noninvasive treatment that uses radio frequency waves to stimulate collagen, smoothing and tightening skin after a single 45-minute session. The procedure costs about $2,000.

According to New York Times best-selling author Ian Halprerin, Aniston spends $243,000 a year for her “inner and outer health.” Aside from spending on laser skin resurfacing, she also uses loads of money for yoga and therapy.

By the looks of things, Aniston’s spendings are effective.

“Who would have thought that Jen would have ever looked better than Angelina Jolie? That shows you in life it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. I’m so happy for her,”

Aniston is still romantically linked to Pitt. There were rumors that they went on secret dates and got married. However, both of their reps denied those reports and insisted that they are not an item.
