On her Instagram account, the actress posted the clip that opens with all four being asked about their favorite music videos. When it comes to their favorite dance movies, Lopez and Hough agreed that they both loved “West Side Story.” Dewan-Tatum said that she especially enjoyed watching “Dirty Dancing.” Lopez revealed that her favorite dance performance had to be Michael Jackson’s routine for “Billy Jean” at Motown 25. Ne-Yo’s favorite movie was Jackson’s “Moonwalker,” and Lopez said that she loved it too.

Dewan-Tatum shared that her favorite video was “Cold Heart Snake,” which was sung and performed by Abdul, and Lopez said that it was amazing.

All four will appear in the first episode of “World of Dance” Season 1 on NBC on Tuesday, May 30 at 10 p.m. EDT. The new dance reality TV show will premiere right after the return of “America’s Got Talent” Season 11. Lopez executive produced “World of Dance,” and she and her fellow judges are looking for professional talents across the world who could win the $1 million grand prize.

After the preliminary auditions, 47 acts were selected to showcase their routines in the upcoming 10 episodes of “World of Dance.” Every week, a handful of acts will be eliminated, and only the best will be able to compete in the finals. Dubbed as the “Olympics of Dance,” Lopez aims to give dancers and performers the attention and recognition she believes they deserve.

While speaking with the New York Times, Lopez shared her vision for the show, saying, “My whole goal with the show is to create an opportunity and a venue for dancers to actually be stars... and really make some money.”
