The Duggar sisters are back! The trailer for Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald’s upcoming TLC specials premiered Sunday, giving fans of the former “19 Kids and Counting” stars a glimpse into their every day lives.

In the trailer for “Jill & Jessa: Counting On,” TLC’s viewers can see what the siblings have been up to since the family’s long-running reality series was canceled in July. In the one-minute teaser, Jill, 24, now a certified midwife, gives Jessa, 22, a pregnancy checkup. Their husbands, Ben Seewald and Derick Dillard, also make cameos, as well as Jill and Derick’s now 6-month-old son, Israel David.

“Ben and I are really excited to welcome our first little one into the world very soon,” Jessa says. The couple’s firstborn is due to arrive Nov. 1, long before the specials premiere in December.

Jill, who left for an extended mission trip to Central America with her young family in July, says she’s “excited for what the future holds.”

While the trailer reveals the special will have happy moments, it also touches on some of the Duggar family’s recent tragedies. As most viewers will remember, “19 Kids and Counting” was pulled off the air following Josh Duggar’s molestation scandal. It was revealed in May that the eldest Duggar offpsring he had molested five underage girls, including Jill and Jessa, when he was 14.

“You’re angry and hurt and like all those emotions all mixed together. I cry a lot of tears. I still do,” Jill says as she wipes her eyes. “I know I’m hurting.”

“We were devastated,” Jessa adds. “We couldn’t believe it. You have to wonder, like, how did this happen?”

Despite the hardships they’ve faced this year, Jill says they’re moving on. “We do feel like we are stepping on,” she says. “We will come out of this fire stronger as a family unit.”

Jessa and Jill were Josh’s only siblings to speak out following the molestation scandal. The siblings appeared on “The Kelly File” in June, saying they have forgiven their 27-year-old brother for his actions. Their parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, starred on their own interview special for the series. In response to the scandal, Jill, Jessa and Michelle made an appearance on TLC’s child sex abuse documentary, “Breaking the Silence,” in August.

A premiere date for “Jill & Jessa: Counting On” has not been announced. Watch the trailer for the specials below:
