Justin Timberlake’s grandmother is setting the record straight. After months of speculation that he and wife Jessica Biel are expecting their first child, the “Mirrors” singer’s grandmother, Sadie Bomar, confirmed this week that the A-list duo are not.

“They will have a child when the good Lord says they should,” Bomar told Star Magazine Wednesday, adding that her 33-year-old grandson is more interested in having a child than Biel, 32. “Justin has wanted to have children all his life. If it were up to him, they’d have a baby tomorrow,” Bomar said.

Despite Biel's alleged hesitatation about starting a family, Bomar says that the duo’s busy work schedules are also to blame for their family planning choices. “She is okay with everything happening when it’s meant to be,” Bomar said, adding that the “Valentine’s Day" actress is willing to leave a pregnancy up to “fate” and is keeping an “open mind” about it.

Bomar, who unlike Timberlake, frequently speaks out about his personal life, last publicly discussed his baby plans with Biel in February, revealing that, at the time, the couple was not prepared to welcome a child. “They are married but they are so busy, both of them, it’s hard going,” she told the UK’s The Sun. “I’m sure when it’s right to have children they will, but not now.”

J.T.’s grandmother’s comments followed claims published by OK! Magazine in January that the couple was battling over multiple marital issues, including Timberlake reneging on his promise to try for a baby following their October 2012 nuptials. “Justin and Jessica are battling over his long tour absences, his refusal to start a family and his alleged liaisons with other women,” a source told the tabloid.

Biel was last rumored to be pregnant following her no-show at the American Music Awards in November. When prompted by fans to ask to address speculation that a pregnancy was responsible for her not attending the event with Timberlake, Biel responded on Twitter saying, “I’m watching from home tonight. Calm down, internet.”
