Season 9 of “19 Kids and Counting” has yet to premiere, but that hasn’t stopped the Duggar family from updating their fans on their lives. With just eight weeks to go until Jill Dillard is due to deliver her first child, and four months until Josh Duggar’s wife, Anna, welcomes her fourth baby, the TLC reality star’s recently shared a new photo of their growing bumps.

In the photo, posted to Jill and her husband Derick’s Facebook page Tuesday, Jill, 23, can be seen cradling her unborn baby boy. Her sister-in-law, Anna, 25, is posed in a similar position, but has noticeably smaller bump. “Preggo sistas!” reads the caption of the image which as of Thursday, had over 1,600 likes on the popular social media account.

According to the Duggar Family Blog, the photo was taken during Jill’s recent trip to her see oldest brother, Josh, 26. He currently resides in Washington, D.C., with Anna and their three kids, Mackynzie, 5, Michael, 3, and Marcus, 1. Derick, who married Jill in June, also traveled from Arkansas for the trip.

While Jill’s bump is noticeably bigger than Anna’s in the picture, it may not be for much longer! A recent post on the Duggar Family Blog teased the idea that one of the expectant Duggar women may soon welcome more than one baby into the TLC family.

“In 2015, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar will welcome at least two more grandchildren into their family,” reads the post. “If Josh and Anna Duggar find out they are having multiples, the Duggar clan could grow even more… Josh and Anna will find out the gender of their baby (or babies) soon.”

Does that mean Josh and Anna are expecting twins? The couple has yet to address the speculation, but their decision to discuss the possibility of one day welcoming twins into their clan on a recent episode of “19 Kids and Counting” is suspicious. Anna commented on the possibility of multiples in the Season 8 installment titled “A Reveal to Remember” after sharing that her latest pregnancy test came back negative.

“My heart is definitely to leave the size of our family in God’s hands, but I’m the fifth born so that’s at least a good start,” she said. “Maybe God is giving us space because next we’re going to have twins!”

Two weeks after the episode aired, Anna and Josh confirmed they were expecting on a TLC.com video. “I’m having a lot of morning sickness so it is difficult, but it’s good, because I know that important things are happening,” Anna said.

Derick and Jill shared their pregnancy news in August, just two months after tying the knot. The couple revealed they are having a boy in October. Their road to parenthood will be a major part of Season 9 of the family’s reality series when it returns to TLC Tuesday, Feb. 17, at 9 p.m. EST. Check out a sneak peek of the new season here.
