Josh Duggar's younger siblings opened up about his numerous scandals during episode 1 of the three-part TLC special "Jill And Jessa: Counting On." Each of Josh's siblings got emotional as they discussed how difficult life has been since news broke that Josh not only molested five underage girls, including his sisters Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald, but was also unfaithful to his wife Anna Duggar.

Jinger Duggar said it didn't make sense that someone would release the police reports which detailed the molestation because the family had already worked through it and forgiven Josh. The 21-year-old admitted, however, that it was "unreal" to learn about her brother's second scandal.

As previously reported, in August Josh came clean about having accounts on the cheating site Ashley Madison and being addicted to porn.

“It was probably one of the toughest times in our lives, by far,” Jinger said. "It was almost like this person that we knew was no longer the same person."

Jana Duggar, 25, described the past four months as "really difficult" and said it was her mom, Michelle Duggar, who broke the news to her about Josh's cheating scandal.

"It was things we had no clue about," Jana said, crying.

John-David Duggar revealed that the family has been "somber" over Josh's revelations. The 25-year-old also said during his confessional on the show that he always strived to set a good example for his younger siblings, and doesn't look up to Josh anymore.

"I always wanted to be like him," John-David explained. "But one of the toughest things I ever had to tell my older brother was, 'I don't want to be like you anymore.'"

A few other of Josh's brothers and sisters discussed the scandals, including his 18-year-old sister Joy-Anna Duggar. "He was my role model, and it was hard to hear that he was making bad choices again," she said crying. "Even though it’s been a while since this all came out, it’s still hard because that’s my brother and I love him.”

Joseph Duggar, 20, said for him the hardest part about everything was the revelation that his brother had been "living such a secret life."

"I had no idea," he said. "I don't think any of us would have known."

"Jill And Jessa: Counting On" continues with episode 2 Sunday, Dec. 20 at 8 p.m. EST on TLC.
