Summer TV season officially starts in June! Plenty of shows will keep you entertained during the warm months of 2017, and dozens kick off in June.

If you want a little drama, you’ll be happy to know that “Nashville” returns to CMT on June 1. The show will pick up three months later with Scarlett figuring out who the father of her baby is. Fans of historical dramas can see Benedict Arnold get revenge on George Washington in the final season of “Turn: Washington’s Spies,” starting June 17. Those who prefer medical dramas will have to wait for “Night Shift” Season 4, starting June 22.

If you are looking for laughters, you will be happy to know that Netflix has several comedies premiering. “Orange is the New Black” comes back June 9, but it’ll start off with some major drama after last year’s cliffhanger. Ashton Kutcher’s “The Ranch” also returns this month.
