Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown Update: He Wants To ‘Forget Her,’ Source Says

After Karrueche Tran was spotted with “Orange Is the New Black” star Ruby Rose, it appears things between her and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown are done for good. Tran has been working on her career as a model and after multiple attempts to try to win her back, the “Loyal” singer is trying to get past their breakup, Hollywood Life wrote in an exclusive report Wednesday.

The couple split after he cheated on her with Nia Guzman and fathered a love child, daughter Royalty. Tran wished them well, and eventually moved on. Though he tried to win her back, Brown was unable to woo the model. Now, he is ready to move on. “Chris is doing his best to forget about Karrueche. He’s let go of the leash he once had that attached him to her,” an insider told Hollywood Life.

But Tran isn’t making it easy. She is supposedly playing mind game with Brown. For instance, she liked a picture of his daughter on Instagram. “This is the s--t Chris hates about her. These little mind games she likes to play,” the source said.

If Tran is sticking by her word, that shouldn’t be a problem. She’s been working on her résumé, and might even work with Rose in the future. After the two grabbed dinner at E.P. & L.P. restaurant Monday night in Los Angeles, a paparazzo asked if they were “best friends” or “biffles” and the Australian star said she hoped they had a future as co-workers. “She’s an amazing, budding actress, so hopefully we could work together,” Rose said.

Some people found it coincidental that Rose and Tran suddenly became friends, especially since a week prior to their dinner Tran had said she had a crush on the “OITNB” star. In fact, she said that she wasn’t “confused” about her feelings for the Australian beauty, and that she was “ready.”
