Kate Middleton, Prince William And Kids Missed Duchess’ Family’s Best Holiday Vacation

Kate Middleton and Prince William missed her family’s best holiday vacation.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge opted to spend Christmas with Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and the rest of the members of the royal family. According to an insider, Prince William and Middleton who used to split the holidays with the royals and the Middletons decided to celebrate it with the members of the Firm due to Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip’s advancing years.

While Prince William and Middleton celebrated the holidays regally, the duchess’ family had better holiday plans. The Middletons headed to St. Barths. Carole and Michael, Middleton’s parents, were joined by her two siblings Pippa and James. The extended family was also complete. Pippa’s husband James Matthews and James’ new girlfriend Alizee Thevenet were present in the trip.

During the outing, Thevenet and James were photographed kissing and cuddling. Pippa who just gave birth to her firstborn 11 weeks ago also looked stunning in her white two-piece bikini.

According to Morgan Halberg, a journalist for Observer, the said outing was the Middletons’ best holiday vacation. He also believed that it was better than how Prince William and Middleton spent their Christmas and New Year.

The “whole affair looks like a Caribbean dream—one with a lot more sun than the gray, fickle United Kingdom has to offer,” Halberg wrote.

Middleton’s brother said in a previous interview that Christmas holiday is special for their family as it’s the time of the year when they reunite. The family usually celebrate the occasion with turkey, champagne and some wine. He said that the event is about family.

Initially, there were rumors that Prince William and Middleton would spend the holidays with the duchess’ family to avoid conflict with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The fab four were reportedly having a feud.

An insider claimed that there’s a ghastly row between the two duchesses that began when Prince William and Middleton invited Prince Harry and Markle in their home in Norfolk. The pregnant royal was reportedly judged as “downright rude” upon arrival.

Middleton reportedly said something to Markle which didn’t sit well with the latter. Markle complained to Prince Harry that she was being “told off.” The Duke of Sussex took his wife’s side. On the other hand, Prince William defended Middleton.

Recent reports claimed that the two duchesses have already mended fences over the holidays.
