Kate Middleton just revealed her favorite part about motherhood.

The Duchess of Cambridge recently wrote a heartfelt letter to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice to mark the Children’s Hospice Week. In her note, Middleton detailed what she cherishes the most about her family.

“Spending quality time together is such an important aspect of family life for me, as a mother, it is the simple family moments like playing outside together that I cherish,” she wrote.

The mom-of-three also encouraged everyone working in hospice care to also spend time with their own families. “By supporting Children’s Hospice Week, we can help them spread joy and positivity across the UK, encouraging everyone to make the most of moments that matter,” she added.

In related news, Middleton made headlines recently after it was revealed that she and Prince William broke tradition on the night of their wedding. The royal couple stayed at the Buckingham Palace at that time, and Prince William immediately returned to work a day later.

Emily Hodgkin, a journalist for Express, said that royals are typically whisked away to their honeymoon after their royal wedding, but this wasn’t the case for Middleton and Prince William. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge went to Seychelles 10 days after they tied the knot.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle followed in the royal couple’s footsteps by not immediately going on their honeymoon after their wedding. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex even attended a celebration to mark Prince Charles’ upcoming 70th birthday before they went to their honeymoon.

As of late, there is also no word on where Prince Harry and Markle actually went for their honeymoon. Rumors swirled that they went to Namibia, but Prince Harry himself slammed the reports. While at the Queen’s Young Leaders Awards Ceremony, he told reporters (via Express), “No, we didn’t go to Namibia. I’m not going to say where.”
