Keke Palmer has reacted to the tweets comparing her to actress Zendaya, which went viral over the weekend.

"A great example of colorism is to believe I can be compared to anyone," Palmer tweeted Sunday. "I'm the youngest talk show host ever. The first Black woman to star in her own show on Nickelodeon, & the youngest & first Black Cinderella on broadway."

"I'm an incomparable talent. Baby, THIS, is Keke Palmer," she added.

In the same tweet thread, the 28-year-old actress wrote that she has been a "leading lady" since she was 11 years old and has more than 100+ credits to her name.

"And currently starring in an original screenplay that's the number one film at the box office #NOPE," she wrote. "I've had a blessed career thus far, I couldn't ask for more but God continues to surprise me."

Palmer's tweets came after netizens compared her to 25-year-old "Euphoria" star Zendaya.

Fans shared their mixed reactions to these tweets. While some fans thought the actress needed to be "humble," others believed she was right for speaking up.

Sharing a tweet containing photos of the actress, one of her fans wrote, "Keke Palmer deserves the same hype ya'll give Zendaya." The tweet has garnered more than 17,000 likes as of writing.

Another person noted, "I'd like someone to do a deep-drive on the similarities and differences between Keke Palmer and Zendaya's careers. This may be one of the clearest examples of how colorism plays out in Hollywood. They were both child-stars, but their mainstream popularity is very different."

Palmer began her career as a child actress in the 2004 movie "Barbershop 2: Back in Business." She then went on to appear in TV series like "Cold Case" and "Strong Medicine."

Her latest projects include the horror film "Nope," which hit theaters on July 22. Fans can see her next in the TV show "The Hospital" and in the movie "Being Mortal."

Zendaya, on the other hand, began her career in the TV series "Good Luck Charlie" in 2011. She will be next seen in the highly anticipated movie "Dune: Part Two."
