Khloe Kardashian posted about having a "bad day" on Sunday after her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, flew to Boston.

Thompson just signed a two-year contract with the Boston Celtics and joined them over the weekend. A day after he left, the "Revenge Body" star took to her Instagram Stories and shared several cryptic messages that may or may not reflect what she was feeling at the time. However, the posts have a common theme: living with gratitude, kindness and love.

"If it makes you happy, it doesn't have to make sense to others," one message Kardashian posted Sunday read. "Don't let your bad days trick you into thinking that you have a bad life," she shared in a follow-up message.

"Let it go," another message said. "Yes, they did you wrong, but you do yourself wrong the longer you hold onto that grudge."

"Kind words cost nothing," the Good American co-founder shared before posting a message that read, "Your mind will believe everything you tell it. Feed it faith. Feed it truth. Feed it love."

Kardashian also shared a quote from Thomas D. Willhite, which said, “How do you say ‘thank you’ for sunshine or health…for clear days or gentle rains… for happiness, joy or love? You say it by sharing what you have. You say it by making the world a better place in which to live.”

Kardashian decided to stay home with her and Thompson's daughter, True, 2. Meanwhile, the newly signed Celtics player is expected to spend much of his time in Boston for the new NBA season.

Kardashian and Thompson spent the lockdown together with their daughter. In September, reports said that they had gotten back together at some point during quarantine and were seen hiking in Malibu Hills.

However, in an episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Kardashian revealed that they do not sleep together. The 36-year-old reality star said they were in a good place and Thompson was helpful when she felt isolated, but she told Malika Haqq during a video call that she wasn't sure if she wanted to pursue a relationship with him again.

Kardashian's best friend replied that she may not be open to being loved again and was blocking out her feelings "because it's safe."

"I have every reason to have these bricks up and layers and if somebody cares enough, they will take those bricks down brick by brick," Kardashian said.
