Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend, Travis Scott, is being sued by a paralyzed concertgoer who fell off a balcony during his concert in April.

According to the court documents obtained by People, Kyle Green, 23, filed a lawsuit against Scott and venue operator Bowery Presents after he incurred “severe personal injuries resulting in extreme pain and suffering, loss of earnings, emotional distress and medical expenses.

The documents also detailed the injuries that Green suffered from including fractured back and right ankle, as well as a broken left wrist that left him paralyzed on the left side of his body. He has also been confined to a wheelchair since the incident.

While speaking with The New York Post, Green said, “I was in a lot of pain. I just laid there, and finally, an ambulance came.” Green was pushed by the surging crowd while he was on the balcony.

“I fell and hit the floor. Before I knew it, I was surrounded by security guards, who scooped me up. Travis Scott was yelling to his security guards to bring me to the stage. They didn’t put a blackboard or a neck brace on me or anything, and they just kinda lifted me up and pulled me around. Then they dropped me in front of the stage,” he recounted.

Following the incident, Scott gave Green his ring, and the latter shared a picture of it to the publication.

As of late, Scott and his rep have not yet commented regarding the incident. But Green’s lawyer, Howard Hershenhorn stressed that there was no proper crowd control at the venue.

“No crowd control so that the crowd was able to push him over the ledge, and then to add insult to injury, he winds up not even being given basic and routine first aid. Clearly, had he been given the aid, he wouldn’t have wound up paralyzed,” he said.

In May, Scott was arrested and charged for inciting a riot during a live performance in Rogers, Arkansas. At that time, he allegedly encouraged concertgoers to rush to the stage, and they did. According to TMZ, police officers immediately took Scott into custody after he finished his performance.
