Lady Gaga and her fiancé Christian Carino's relationship is still going strong.

Gaga recently took some time off from her Las Vegas residency and award show appearances to attend a pal's birthday party with her fiancé last week. An insider told New York Post's Page Six that the "A Star Is Born" actress and Carino were seen in a black Lamborghini on Friday night, heading to Las Vegas hot spot La Comida.

The source added that Gaga and Carino held hands as they arrived at the celebration for the latter's guitarist and mostly kept to themselves, cuddling up and taking some photos. “The two entered hand in hand … After they mingled for a bit, the pair cozied up on La Comida’s bar swing and took selfies together,” the insider told the outlet.

There were reportedly about 50 people in the party, some of whom Gaga works with for her Las Vegas show, "Enigma," at MGM's Park Theater.

Gaga reportedly indulged in some sauvignon blanc, while other party guests drank Casamigos tequila.

Gaga announced her engagement to Carino in September last year. During her speech at Elle‘s 25th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles, the singer-actress shared the news of her and Carino planning to tie the knot in a subtle way by thanking “my fiancé Christian,” People reported.

The two were first linked to each other back in early 2017 when they were spotted together at a Kings of Leon concert. Gaga and Carino have mostly kept it lowkey since the start of their relationship, though the actress once opened up about her then-boyfriend.

“When I went backstage, Christian was by the stairs making sure I was okay,” Gaga said at the Aug. 29, 2017 stop of her "Joanne" world tour in New York, Page Six reported at the time. “The best part about being in love with someone is having them there to catch you if you fall.”

This latest sighting comes after rumors claimed Gaga was reportedly planning to call off her wedding to Carino over "A Star Is Born" co-star Bradley Cooper. An In Touch report claimed Gaga was too busy to plan a wedding with all her ongoing projects and also secretly wanted to be with Cooper.

However, Gaga and Carino had been showing off major PDA all throughout this year's awards season, proving the rumors completely wrong.
