Lindsay Lohan has been trending lately because of her association with Mohammad bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. Thanks to the 33-year-old royal, the former Hollywood A-lister has purportedly been living a life of luxury. Colloquially known as MbS, the prince has allegedly enamored the "Herbie" actress with extravagant gifts while taking her around the world with his private jet.

But what exactly is the deal between the two? Are they just friends, or are they romantically involved with each other?

  • In 2016, Lindsay Lohan, moved in Dubai
  • The actress' friends say that they've seen MbS and Lohan texts
  • Lohan was allegedly gifted with a gift-wrapped credit card
  • Lindsay has been touring the world in Salman's private jet
  • A rep of the actress has vehemently denied the rumors
  • The same rep said that both only met once last year
  • Salman is accused of murdering journalist Jamal Khashoggi

The conflicting details of their alleged friendship have baffled the media and Hollywood observers alike. In an interview with W magazine last year, Lohan said that "there's a certain calmness" in the United Arab Emirates city. She added that she felt so "relieved when I moved everything over from London to Dubai," noting that there are no paparazzi and cameras in the Middle Eastern capital. Lohan also said the same sentiments on her guest appearance on The Howard Stern Show.

To add fuel to the trending rumors, the "Herbie" actress's friends have alleged that they have seen text messages between the pair. Another source claimed that the two know each other.

There are also speculations that the actress accepted a gift-wrapped credit card from MbS. Lohan also is purportedly touring the world using Mohammad bin Salman's private jet.

Despite the rumors, a representative of Lohan has denied a romantic inkling between her client and King Salman. The anonymous person said that both only met once last year at a Formula One Grand Prix race. The source added that all the trending details between them are "lies."

Representatives for the crown prince are still mum on the rumors. Mohammad bin Salman was notoriously tagged for his involvement in the killing of a Washington Post journalist. Jamal Khashoggi disappeared after arriving in Istanbul on October 2018.

The CIA concluded that MbS had ordered Khashoggi's assassination because he was one critical of the crown prince's regime.

Conclusively, there is no solid proof connecting the two persons. Even the Paparazzi haven't provided a photograph of the two personalities.
