‘Listeners’ Episode 7 Live Stream, Spoilers: Track 7 – ‘Day Of Rage’

It is time to raise the fist, together with the Players in “Listeners” episode 7. The story set in the post-apocalyptic world sees Mu and Echo looking for answers as they battle the Earless monsters.

“An old alleyway under a leaden sky. A stifling city of the dead. Upon a street paved over the gravestones and flowers in the dustbin wilt. The jailers laugh at the fire raining down. A girl who no longer belongs anywhere and boys who think they are anarchists. Let’s get our hands on a new rose, and come on, we will paint the town red!” read the official preview for “Listeners” episode 7.

Meanwhile, in episode 6, Echo and Mu are searching the island. In their quest, they end up on the beach, but the said island is nowhere in sight. In the meantime, due to Mu’s excitement, she rides the equipment pretty hard, and Echo faints. As Echo bleeds from his nose, a mysterious path emerges on the ocean surface, illuminating a pyramid-looking island.

The episode is sprinkled with Pink Floyd references throughout, from the rainbow in the start to the prism looking pyramid.

Mu and Echo manage to enter the pyramid. As Echo condition worsens, the duo meets Roz, the sole survivor of the island.

Roz looks at Echo and announces that it is a case of sound sickness, and the Players’ partners often come down with it. Roz adds that sound sickness is the initial symptom of becoming an Earless.

Mu becomes restless and asks Roz if she has any medicine that could treat Echo. However, Roz tells Mu that she should let Echo transform into an Earless as there is nothing she can do. However, Mu is adamant that she can't let Echo pass on and become the monster. Echo is a selfless character who stood by Mu through and through. Later, she convinces Roz to save his life.

Echo learns that Jimi is not there, and Mu has given up her Player status. She explains that she had to give up the status; otherwise, he would have turned into an Earless.
