The Mega Millions jackpot has grown after the Friday night lottery drawing yielded no winners for the $410 million grand prize with a cash value of $208.2 million. However, there were plenty of smaller monetary prizes that resulted from the latest drawing.

The winning Mega Millions numbers drawn on Friday, Oct. 7 were 6, 11, 29, 36, and 55, with a gold Mega Ball of 21. The Megaplier was 2X.

Since the jackpot went unclaimed, it will grow to $445 million with a cash option of $226 million. The next jackpot drawing will take place Tuesday, Oct. 11.

Although with no grand prize winner, there were two instant millionaires following the Friday night drawing.

A player from California hit the Match 5 and won $1 million. However, there was a player from Texas who matched five numbers with a Megaplier, winning $2 million.

There were 19 players who managed to hit the Match 4 plus the gold Mega Ball, winning $10,000 each. Meanwhile, there were six players who hit the Match 4 plus the gold Mega Ball with the Megaplier and won $20,000 apiece.

The rest of the wins from the night ranged between $2 and $1,000. There were a total of 817,320 winning tickets at all prize levels sold for the latest drawing.

If the grand prize is won in the next drawing, it would be the twelfth largest jackpot in Mega Millions' 20-year history.

Since the last jackpot was won on July 29, there have been almost 11.9 million winning tickets at all prize levels, including 22 worth $1 million or more.

Jackpot winners can receive their grand prize winnings through either a one-time lump sum payment or an annuity. Those who opt for the annuity receive one immediate payment, followed by 29 annual payments that increase by 5% each year.

Mega Millions can be played in 45 states as well as the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
