Meghan Markle received advice from the royal staff.

Daily Mirror’s royal correspondent Russell Myers spoke on ITV’s “Lorraine” and shared the warning that the Duchess of Sussex received from the palace staff. According to Myers, “workaholic” Markle was told to “slow down.”

"Certain members of staff and the aides are encouraging her to slow down a little bit, perhaps she is taking on too much," Myers said.

There are speculations that Queen Elizabeth II will honor Markle her first patronage next year. The former “Suits” star has been preparing to unveil her patronage throughout the year by holding secret briefings with the organizations and charities that she would be working with including CAMFED, the Campaign for Female Education, which works in several African countries.

Markle will reportedly focus on education for women in developing countries. Prince Harry’s wife is a passionate advocate for CAMFED because she believes that the best way to overcome poverty is by educating women and girls in the poorest rural communities in sub-Saharan Africa.

It remains unknown when Markle’s exact due date is. However, according to an expert, based on Markle’s photos and hair volume, she was already six months along and might be delivering her first baby by March.

According to Jane Mayhead, senior trichology consultant at The Private Clinic of Harley Street, pregnant women experience some level of increased volume in their hair by around the six-month mark. This is due to increased levels of hormones during pregnancy that cause increased growth cycle of hair.

However, some believe that she’s not due until April. Kensington Palace only said that the Duchess of Sussex would be due in spring 2019, which starts on March 20 and ends on June 21.

In related news, Markle reunited with her sister-in-law Kate Middleton on Tuesday for the royals’ annual Christmas service in Sandringham. The two duchesses looked friendly and were photographed smiling and chatting amid their rumored rift.

Body language expert Judi James said that their amicable reunion was just for cameras. She also noted how the Duchess of Cambridge exerted more effort to show the public that they were okay despite their alleged row.
