Meghan Markle has been plagued with malicious rumors since marrying Prince Harry and joining the British royal family, particularly regarding her relationship with some of her in-laws. However, she has actually formed a close bond with the members of the royal family.

Queen Elizabeth II

Even during their first joint royal engagement together, there was no sign of awkwardness between Markle and Queen Elizabeth II. Shortly after her lavish wedding with Prince Harry, Markle traveled to Cheshire by train overnight with the monarch.

Queen Elizabeth II and the Duchess of Sussex opened the new bridge across the River Mersey in Widnes and visited The Story House and Town Hall together in Cheshire, according to Daily Mail. Throughout the day, Prince Harry's grandmother and his wife were photographed chatting and sharing laughs together.

Another memorable moment between Markle and the Queen happened during Princess Eugenie's royal wedding with Jack Brooksbank in October last year. She and Prince Harry entertained the monarch on the steps of St. George's Chapel in Windsor where the lavish ceremony was held.

Markle was also seen interacting with another member of the royal family during Princess Eugenie's wedding. She and Princess Anne, Queen Elizabeth II's only daughter, were photographed talking to each other and laughing.

It is uncertain what exactly they chatted about, but they may be talking about Markle's pregnancy, which was announced just days after Princess Eugenie's wedding.

Prince Charles and Camilla

There's no denying that Markle gets along well with her father-in-law Prince Charles, and his fondness for her was proven when he stepped in for her absent father and walked her down the aisle during her wedding with Prince Harry last year.

Their closeness was also evident when she was spotted happily chatting with Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, during the heir to the throne's 70th birthday celebration last summer. Markle and the couple shared a laugh in the grounds of Buckingham Palace as Prince Harry gave a speech about his father.

Prince Charles' birthday celebration marked Prince Harry and Markle's first joint royal engagement as a married couple and the former "Suits" actress' first official event since becoming a duchess.

Prince William

There have been rumors that Prince Harry's older brother has a tense relationship with his sister-in-law, but Markle and Prince William seemed to prove the speculations wrong earlier this week. Prince William and Duchess Meghan kissed each other's cheeks as they stood near the entrance of Westminster Abbey for the Commonwealth Day service on Monday.

Kate Middleton

Since last year, reports have been claiming that Kate Middleton and Markle do not get along well with each other. But the two gorgeous duchesses put the rumors to rest when they exchanged a show of affection during the Commonwealth Day service earlier this week.

Middleton kissed Markle on both cheeks, the most public show of adoration witnessed between the two duchesses since the former actress married Prince Harry. They also chatted with each other as they waited for the Queen's entrance with husbands Prince William and Prince Harry.
