Melania Trump was recently mocked on Twitter after she posted about the Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The FLOTUS’ tweet was very simple, and it only featured the words “MLK Day” in bold letters. “Together we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. #MLKDay,” she captioned the photo.

However, the first lady’s tweet did not sit well with her critics. Some of them accused of her of being ignorant and of not knowing about the important day was really all about.

Other netizens slammed the FLOTUS for being a birther and for accusing Barack Obama of not being an American.

“How do you plan on honoring it? Going to accuse our first African American president of not being born in the US again? #BeBest,” Twitter user @lisastark351 said.

“Just having someone like you even tweet the name of my friend’s father makes me want to rise up, speak out against your ignorance, protest against your very ungenerous privilege, your contribution to the pain & the inequality of others, and vote you out of our WH & into oblivion,” Twitter user @NancyLeeGrahn said.

“That’s it? That’s the message?” Twitter user @matthewjsinger said.

“Birthers should sit this one out,” Twitter user @TheDailyEdge said.

“Gee, this must have taken you hours to compose. Were you too busy to look for a picture of Dr. King? Maybe mention a few of his accomplishments? This is no way to honor a great man. No surprise since your spouse is definitely not great!” Twitter user @sgweiss said.

Meanwhile, some netizens uploaded nude photos of the FLOTUS in an attempt to shame her. Twitter user @barbcruz1964 shared a photo of President Donald Trump’s wife with the words “be best” covering her breasts.

Twitter user @BrianBMJ shared a photo of the FLOTUS showing off her bum while canoodling with another woman in bed.

“Infuriating that someone so unaccomplished, unfit, and dishonest gets to use the @FLOTUS Twitter name. Gross,” he captioned the snap.
