Miranda Lambert-Blake Shelton Update: ‘Over You’ Singer Gets Makeover After Split [PHOTO]

Country singer Miranda Lambert has changed her look a month after her divorce with singer Blake Shelton. The “Little Red Wagon” singer now dons a fresh “blonder” hairstyle.

Lambert revealed her fresh makeover to her fans on Instagram Thursday. Her overall style was simple yet chic with a white tank top, and some necklaces and bracelets.

"What doesn't kill you only makes you blonder," the 31-year-old captioned the photo.

Lambert’s stylist Lee Wright shared details about the transformation with People magazine. He said Lambert does not follow trends.

“She [Lambert] had been going with a darker blonde the last six months or so, closer to her natural color,” Wright said. “She sat down in the chair yesterday and we both said, ‘Let’s go really blonde again.’ She loved it -- I spun her around, like, ‘You’re back!'”

Post-split, Lambert is keeping herself busy. She is slated to appear at the charity event, Cause for the Paws: Back to Basics, in Luckenbach, Texas, on Sept. 18 and 19.

During her performance at a concert in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, earlier this month, Lambert -- who has kept mum since her split with Shelton -- told the audience that she had been “drinking all day,” according to Perez Hilton. “I deserve it. I just got divorced,” Lambert reportedly said.
