The fifth season of one of the much-awaited anime series from the spring 2021 catalog is kicking things off with an original episode. "My Hero Academia" Season 5's first episode will be an anime-only installment showcasing an emergency training fight.

Yahoo Japan shared the official synopsis for the premiere episode titled "Everyone Dispatch! Class 1A!"

Twitter user Atsu shared the translated summary and credited redandblonde420 for the translation. In the first episode, Izuku Midoriya and the other students are in Class 1A and they receive an emergency training call.

The emergency training aims to prepare the students for the villains who may infiltrate the UA Academy grounds. For this mock battle, Tamaki Amajiki and Nejire Hado are enlisted to portray the villains and sneak inside the academy.

The students of Class 1A engage in an intense fight as they use their quirks with full force against the enemies.

"When Izuku and the others were spending their morning in the 1A classroom, there's an announcement that they will have an emergency training. The topic is 'Villains are infiltrating UA Highschool'. This time the ones who will act as villains are Hado and Tamaki.

"While struggling in their fight, each and every one of 1A students is making the best use of their quirks and they fight with everything they have," the official synopsis read.

The opening theme of "My Hero Academia" Season 5, which is performed by DISH, is titled "No. 1." Its ending theme song is called "Ashiato," which is performed by The Peggies.

"My Hero Academia" Season 5 is set to premiere the anime-only episode Saturday. Crunchyroll and Funimation will be streaming the episodes.
