Making predictions against the spread in NFL Week 18 can be difficult because it's unknown which teams might rest their starters. Two teams are already locked into their seeds in the 2023 playoff picture. More than half of the games on the schedule feature just one team that has something on the line in the regular-season finale.

Here are picks against the spread for Week 18 games and updated betting odds from FanDuel and DraftKings Sportsbook. There are currently no odds available for the games involving the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals, following the suspension of their Week 17 matchup.

Kansas City Chiefs (-8) at Las Vegas Raiders

The Chiefs continue to win straight up but lose against the spread more often than not. Kansas City came back from a 17-0 deficit to defeat Las Vegas by one point in Week 5. Considering how well Jarrett Stidham played against San Francisco's No. 1 ranked defense, this could be another one-possession game.

Prediction ATS: Las Vegas

Tennessee Titans (+6.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars are the more talented team at this point, but the Titans have a few key factors in their favor. Tennessee will be playing after eight full days off, while Jacksonville enters the contest on just five days of rest. The Titans have been to three straight postseasons. Saturday's game will be the biggest game of many Jaguars players' careers. Tennessee won't go down without a fight.

Prediction ATS: Tennessee

New York Jets (+1) at Miami Dolphins

With both New York and Miami in a freefall, the best pick might be the team that is playing at home with something on the line. The Dolphins have a good chance to make the playoffs with a victory. The Jets are already eliminated. Mike White has no touchdown passes, four interceptions and an average passer rating of 61.9 in the last three games.

Prediction ATS: Miami

Cleveland Browns (+2.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers

Mike Tomlin seems destined to continue having no losing seasons on his resume. Deshaun Watson hasn't been any better than Kenny Pickett, throwing for fewer than 170 yards in four of his five starts. Pittsburgh is 7-2 when T.J. Watt plays. Cleveland is 3-6 against teams that have not been eliminated from playoff contention in Week 18.

Prediction ATS: Pittsburgh

Houston Texans (+3) at Indianapolis Colts

The Colts are playing worse football than any team in the league. Their minus-137 point differential ranks dead last. Indianapolis has given up an average of 37.8 points over the last four games. The Colts have totaled 19 points in Sam Ehlinger's two starts. Houston tied Indianapolis in the season opener and is in a better position to pull off the outright upset in the finale.

Prediction ATS: Houston

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+4) at Atlanta Falcons

It's conceivable that the Falcons could beat the Buccaneers by more than a field goal in a meaningful game. Now that neither team has anything at stake, Tampa Bay can certainly lose by four points or more. Tom Brady and the Bucs' starters are expected to play in the first half, but it might be smart to rest the league's oldest roster for at least a quarter or two ahead of the playoffs.

Prediction ATS: Atlanta

Carolina Panthers (+3.5) at New Orleans Saints

The Panthers are 5-6 under Steve Wilks, and they'd be on the verge of winning the NFC South if they didn't blow an 11-point, fourth-quarter lead in Tampa Bay in Week 17. The Saints won't mount such a comeback, having scored 21 points or fewer in five straight games. Carolina beat New Orleans 22-14 in Week 3. The Panthers' defense could lead the way in an upset win over the Saints.

Prediction ATS: Carolina

Minnesota Vikings (-4) at Chicago Bears

The Bears are on a nine-game losing streak, and another loss could potentially give Chicago the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 draft. The Vikings still have a shot to move up to the No 2 seed with a win in Chicago. Justin Fields isn't a lock to play in Week 18. Expect Kirk Cousins and Justin Jefferson to bounce back after an awful performance in Green Bay.

Prediction ATS: Minnesota

New York Giants (+14) at Philadelphia Eagles

This line has gotten too high. Don't be surprised if Brian Daboll plays his starters for most of the game, looking to go into the playoffs on a high note. Jalen Hurts might not be 100% after missing a pair of games with a shoulder injury.

Prediction ATS: New York

Los Angeles Rams (+6.5) at Seattle Seahawks

It was only a few weeks ago that the Rams lost a 27-23 nail-biter against the Seahawks with John Wolford at quarterback. Baker Mayfield has been an upgrade under center for Los Angeles, and he's trying to prove that he should be a starter in 2023. Since Week 10, Seattle has just one victory by more than four points.

Prediction ATS: Los Angeles

Los Angeles Chargers (-3) at Denver Broncos

Because a Week 18 victory could allow the Chargers to face the AFC South champion on Wild-Card Weekend, Los Angeles should have enough motivation in the season finale. A close Week 17 loss in Kansas City makes it easy to forget that the Broncos were blown out by 37 points against the Rams on Christmas Day.

Prediction ATS: Los Angeles

Arizona Cardinals (+14) at San Francisco 49ers

This should be the most lopsided game of Week 18. San Francisco is still in contention for the No. 1 seed. Arizona's season ended long ago. The Cardinals are down to their fourth quarterback of the season. The 49ers' nine-game winning streak includes five victories of at least 16 points and a 38-10 win over the Cardinals

Prediction ATS: San Francisco

Dallas Cowboys (-5.5) at Washington Commanders

All signs are pointing to a big Cowboys' win in Washington. The Commanders have gone four straight games without a win and five straight contests without scoring more than 21 points. Washington is 1-5 in Carson Wentz's last six starts. The Commanders have been eliminated from contention. Dallas is 6-1 in the last seven games and can still win the NFC East.

Prediction ATS: Dallas

Detroit Lions (+4.5) at Green Bay Packers

Picking against Aaron Rodgers with a playoff spot in the line against the Lions doesn't seem to be a smart idea. It took three interceptions by Rodgers, two of which came in the end zone, for the Lions to hold onto a 15-9 win over the Packers in Week 9. If the Seahawks win Sunday afternoon, the Lions will have nothing on the line in the finale.

Prediction ATS: Green Bay
