Olivia Munn got candid about her struggles amid her pregnancy.

The "X-Men: Apocalypse" star, 41, appeared on SiriusXM’s "Pop Culture Spotlight With Jessica Shaw" Thursday. During her guesting, she admitted that there was constant pressure to maintain "perfection" during her pregnancy.

According to Munn, she has a friend who reached out to her after learning that she's pregnant to ask for fashion advice because she has "great style." However, Munn herself didn't feel as good as she was before she got pregnant

"It’s just so hard because I will Google search streetwear maternity and a lot of it comes up with these gorgeous women who are super skinny, and have this little bump, and everything is effortless," she was quoted by Us Weekly as saying. "They are wearing the same clothes … and I don’t feel the same way."

She continued, "That was the first step in feeling like, ‘Oh, if I am not handling maternity well, if I’m not looking chic and cool and effortless, and if my body is changing like this, that means that I’m failing. That means that I’m already not doing things right.'"

Munn added that it was what she dealt with when she first got into the public eye. People would tell her so many things like she was too big to be on TV, so she would undereat. She admitted that she tried to adapt to society's standards and there's a "constant" reminder of those negative remarks. Her pregnancy also brought up those feelings, and for her, it's hard because there are so many images of what truly looks like perfection.

Munn also shared that some of her friends thought she would not be a "good enough mother." The "Newsroom" alum admitted that it's "already hard enough to feel like you are not good enough" and the people and the world only make it worse by not allowing you to forgive yourself.

Meanwhile, some of Munn's friends spoke with Us Weekly about her relationship with the "SNL" star. According to them, they do not see Mulaney and Munn together in a year's time because "they have an imperfect relationship from the start." However, they believed the couple would still make great parents if ever they split.
