If the latest set of spoilers for "One Piece" Chapter 991 is accurate, then fans are up for a more action-packed chapter ahead. With the Marines getting involved in Wano and pirates clashing against each other, Oda is foreshadowing a Marineford-like incident in Oda's beloved country. Rumors have it that Luffy's friend Coby would bring the marine forces to Wano.
