Oscar host Jimmy Kimmel proved he was great choice for the 89th Academy Awards with a hilarious monologue that got a ton of laughs but also had its fare share of controversy.

Although Kimmel said he wasn’t going to get too political, the late night TV host still managed to throw in a few digs at President Donald Trump. Check out Kimmel’s best and most controversial jokes below:

  • Discussing best picture nominee, “Manchester by the Sea,” Kimmel joked about the film being distributed by Amazon and said when you search for the film on the site, Amazon tells you customers also purchased Zoloft.
  • Continuing with the Amazon jokes, Kimmel took at shot at Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, who was in attendance, and said if “Manchester by the Sea” won an Oscar, he could expect his award to arrive in two to five business days.
  • Getting political, the Oscars host brought up Trump’s tweets about Meryl Streep and joked that the actress was one of Hollywood’s most overrated actors who has been phoning in her performances.
  • Kimmel continued picking on Streep, telling her, “Nice dress, by the way. Is that an Ivanka?”
  • The host also poked fun at Trump’s immigration ban, saying that Hollywood does not “discriminate people based on what country they come from.” Kimmel added, “We discriminated against them based on their age and weight.”
  • While joking about all of the sad films this year, Kimmel joked that the “only happy ending of all the nominees was the one in the middle of ‘Moonlight.’” The joke got a few laughs but more groans. Kimmel then joked that no one saw the film.
  • The host also poked fun at French actress Isabelle Huppert and her film “Elle,” saying, “We didn’t see ‘Elle’ but we absolutely loved it, and I’m glad homeland security let you in.”
