Prince Charles reportedly eavesdrops on tourists visiting the royal estate in Gloucestershire.

In the book “Prince Charles Biography: The Life of the Prince of Wales and Future King of England,” author Jessica Jayne claimed that the future King once eavesdropped on some of the 30,000 annual tourists who paid almost $20 each to tour Prince Charles’ 900-acre estate.

However, this is not the most shocking revelation by the royal author. Jayne also revealed what Prince Charles to listen to what the tourists have to say without them knowing it.

“He would lay face flat on the floor with his eyes closed and ears in concentration,” she said.

In a BBC documentary, Prince Charles admitted to eavesdropping on his visitors.

“When they’re going around outside the windows. Sometimes you’ve got to lie on the floor,” he said.

In related news, Prince Charles also made headlines after it was revealed that when he becomes King, his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles, will be known as Queen and not Princess Consort.

Charlie Proctor, the editor-in-chief of Royal Central told The Sun that Camilla being called Princess Consort when her husband becomes King is total nonsense. Even though Princess Diana’s fans may not necessarily like Camilla, her future role when Prince Charles becomes King won’t be determined by her popularity.

The fall out of Prince Charles and Princess Diana marriage has been blamed on Camilla for many years. But the public has done a better job when it comes to accepting the Duchess of Cornwall in recent years. Prince Charles and Princess Diana separated in 1992, and their divorce was finalized four years later.

In 1997, Princess Diana died following a fatal car crash in Paris. Her death was mourned by millions of people across the world. At that time, Prince Charles and Camilla were already in an official relationship with each other. The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall tied the knot in a civil ceremony in 2005.

It has been revealed that Prince Charles and Camilla didn’t wed soon after Princess Diana death because the dad of two wanted to respect Queen Mother.
