Princess Diana had very different expressions while at Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s royal wedding.

In an unearthed photo uploaded by a royal fan on Instagram, the Princess of Wales looks bored while at the ceremony. She is sitting beside Prince Charles, who looks upset or worried. Also, in the photo is the Queen Mother, who is chatting with Prince Charles.

But in a second photo, Princess Diana looks happy as ever. She is wearing a blue and black polka dot dress to the nuptials of her sister-in-law and brother-in-law.

Princess Diana was also photographed cuddling Prince William while walking towards the wedding venue. In the snap, the adorable future King is resting his head on Princess Diana’s shoulder. The Princess of Wales is holding her son’s face lovingly.

After the wedding, Prince Charles and Princess Diana rode a horse-drawn carriage to the reception venue. Prince Charles donned his official uniform to his younger brother’s wedding.

The heir to the throne wasn’t selected as Prince Andrew’s best man. The important role was given to Prince Edward. But Prince Charles played a part in the nuptials by reading a lesson during the service.

Another photo shows Princess Diana and Prince Charles standing inside Westminster Abbey with the other members of the royal family. Prince Philip is standing at the far right of the church beside the Queen Mother.

Princess Diana is standing in between her then-husband and Prince Edward. Princess Anne and Princess Margaret are also in the snap.

Prince Andrew and Ferguson tied the knot in 1986, but their marriage was short-lived. The couple announced their separation in 1992, and they officially divorced in 1996.

While they were still married to each other, Princess Diana and Fergie shared a strong bond with each other. They also relied on each other as the newest members of the royal family. But since they were like siblings, the two female royals also argued and had a falling out.
