Tencent Games, this week, released another fresh update for the popular "PUBG Mobile." The Chinese gaming studio has rolled out a huge Halloween themed update that brings a slew of new challenges for those players who love collecting rewards and cosmetic upgrades. However, the latest update won’t arrive at the same time for everyone as Tencent decided to release updates across regions.

According to reports, the gaming firm released the full 0.15.0 patch notes that include everything that's updated in the mobile version of the battle royale game. One of the highlights is the new EvoGround mode called Payload Mode. This newly added mode will introduce heavy weapons such as a minigun, grenade launchers, and RPGs.

In addition to the heavy weapons, the Payload Mode will also introduce a recall system for reviving dead teammates, just like the popular battle royale game "Apex Legends." The update will also allow players to jump into the cockpit of a helicopter to quickly travel across the map. However, the new feature Payload Mode won't be immediately made available in the "PUBG Mobile" 0.15.0 update. Tencent said the new Payload Mode will be released after the update has been rolled out.

The studio also confirmed in a recent message that there will be rewards to PUBG players who are able to grab the new update before October 22. Like the other PUBG updates released by Tencent, this latest PUBG Mobile update will feature a number of cosmetic items as well as in-game currency.

As mentioned above, the latest 0.15.0 update brings a number of new features and improvements. Some of the notable game updates from the patch notes include the new BRDM-2 Amphibious Armored Vehicle and new Desert Eagle pistol with Holographic sight and Laser Sight attachments.

Players can now use fuel as an explosive item and can also leap and grab onto ledges in mid-air to reach higher spots. Both the UMP9 and Vector have been nerfed. The UMNP9 has been replaced by the UMP45, while the Vector will now use 9mm ammo with increased magazine capacity.

Tencent also boosted the weapon-loading logic to cut down on stuttering when players come into view and also improves graphics and smoothness on lower-end devices. Tencent has also confirmed that the "Zombie: Survive Til Dawn 2" will be filled with pumpkin-headed monsters and an army of killer clowns.

"PUBG Mobile" is currently available on Android and iOS-powered devices.
